PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE - In 2 1/2 hours Capture the moment of transition between Fall and winter by making two different doughnuts - 1 dozen fall and 1 dozen winter.

MAIN HEAT CHALLENGE - Crisp Fall Apples & Cheese,

- In 2 hours pair any type of cheese with apples in a dessert of your choosing - NO PIES!  DOUBLE ELIMINATION.

ADAM'S ADVANTAGE - can switch cheese with anyone.  Adam gets Havarti and trades with Jose who gets Brie.

- In Two Hours Use one of the Black Friday Sale items to create a holiday dessert.

- In Three Hours Fill a classic cornucopia with flavored holiday bread that resembles the harvest items that filled them.

PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE - Hanukah - The miracle of light.  Honor the oil that kept burning in two hours, create and decorate a beautiful Hanukkah olive oil cake.

MAIN HEAT CHALLENGE - Make the gift that you receive shine for the holidays.

PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE - Two Common Dietary restrictions: Vegans or Gluten-Free.  Make a dessert using the two restrictions in 90 minutes.

VEGANS - Marily, Richard & Sabrina.  GLUTEN-FREE - Jody, Jose & Adam.

- Take a vintage dessert, update it, and elevate it to create a new dessert.

- In 2 hours make a stunning and delicious dessert charcuterie board that includes - 3 Baked items and 3 dipping sauces.  The 2 bottom bakers will go to an elimination challenge.

        WINNER - Jody and Adam will join him

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE - Jose vs. Sabrina.

- Make a surprise inside dessert in 90 minutes.  Get Adam or Jody as sous chef to help them.

SABRINA picks Adam and JOSE picks Jody.
